Tool design and manufacture for one of India’s largest tractor and engineering groups.
A technocrat-led organisation, in which the person directing strategy has spent three decades in production.
SAN 3D Technologies is directed by a technocrat. Mr Nagarajan A holds an ME in Mechanical Engineering, a postgraduate qualification in Operations Management, and a one-year specialisation in Tool Design from NTTF, Bangalore.
Over thirty-three years he practised tool design and manufacture within several of India's most respected engineering institutions, advancing from Junior Engineer to General Manager before founding SAN 3D Technologies in 2005. That progression is why the organisation can conduct a design discussion and a production discussion with equal authority.

Technical decisions rest with those who have produced the components themselves. Estimates and commitments are grounded in production reality.
Quality, Cost and Delivery is the measure applied to every decision, from how a component is programmed to the machine on which it is run.
The intent is to advance as a technically rigorous organisation founded on exacting business standards — enduring relationships in preference to short-term gain.
