Design Authority
A dedicated design office operating Unigraphics NX with Mold Wizard, Pro-E, DelCAM, PowerSHAPE and AutoCAD — held in licence depth so programmes progress in parallel.
SAN 3D Technologies is an integrated engineering organisation. We take a product from initial geometry through validated design, mould and die development, and finished precision machining — governed throughout by a single engineering authority.
Most programmes lose time and accountability at the boundary between the designer and the manufacturer. At SAN 3D Technologies that boundary does not exist.

All manufacturing is carried out in-house at the Sanwer Road facility in Indore, operational since 2014. Double-column machining centres, precision grinding and hydraulic presses are company-owned — capacity controlled directly, never subcontracted.
Machining to 4200 × 2100 × 1100 mm on a Four Star double-column centre — the largest capacity of its type commissioned in Madhya Pradesh.
Quality, Cost and Delivery is the standing measure applied to every estimate, process route and machine allocation — an operating discipline, not a statement of intent.
SAN 3D Technologies was constituted in 2005 to serve the design and engineering requirements of Indian industry. The commissions of those first years established the standard the organisation has held to since — the complete reverse engineering of the Skyline and Cruiser bus bodies for Eicher Motors, and mould and design engineering for Sandhar Group and Godrej Aerospace.
Design intent, however, is only realised in steel. Manufacturing was brought in-house from 2009, and in April 2014 the organisation consolidated its design and production operations within its own premises at Sanwer Road, Indore, under a single engineering command.
Six disciplines, each drawing on the same design, programming and machining foundation.

Concept development, Class-A surfacing, manufacturability assessment and the complete reconstruction of existing assemblies from physical reference.
